In the early years, Poppies were made by widows and injured Veterans and provided a source of income. Today, the small red flower, with a black centre, continues to support Veterans and their families in need, through the generosity of Canadians during the annual Royal Canadian Legion Poppy campaign.
This year marks the 100th Anniversary of The Poppy as our symbol of Remembrance. Let’s make this our best Poppy campaign yet!
