The Legion exists to honour the memory of those who sacrificed everything for their country and to foster respect for Veterans and those who are still serving.
We do that by reaching out into the community to show just how important our armed forces will always be to preserving the peaceful, democratic society we all enjoy.

Your Membership Makes a Difference
Joining the Legion as a member, you will be part of an organization that touches almost every community, large and small, across Alberta and the NWT. The Legion organizes Remembrance Day activities, helps to raise money for the Poppy Fund, offers comradeship and social, activities, encourages youth sports and cadet training, and publishes military service recognition books.
